I have to admit, I've been disappointed in the simplicity/inadequacy of their response once or twice, but compared to customer service for other software I have used, it has been well above average. You can submit a ticket from inside the software, and if you are good with them, you can get them on a call and/or screen share.įrom there, I've shown them my problem, and they suggest solutions. I've managed to get people on the phone to help me. I have no other Autodesk customer service experience other than Fusion360. I made my statement in the context of what OP said in another post, indicating a relatively simple need for CAM software. Yes, in total MasterCAM has a lot more CAM functionality (25% still seems a bit unfair, but ok), but many (most?) shops don't need it.
